I am new to Nashville and I had a friend refer me to this place and I’m so glad I took her recommendation because everyone was extremely friendly and professional! Aimee was so thorough and kind. Sharon was also super helpful about payment information and finding what works best for me. Dr. Kitsman was also super friendly and so was the dental hygienist! I forgot her name but everyone made me feel so comfortable! I highly recommend especially if you are new to Nashville and overwhelmed with options. This is the spot!

Always a good experience! Very detail oriented and a great experience. Have been coming here for a few years and appreciate everyone in the office, especially Aimee who does my cleanings.

I never know whether I can trust google reviews. I still read them every time im looking at a new place. The reviews on this dentistry are good for a reason, I had 2 extractions and 3 bone graphs. Everything was discussed, pulled and filled under 2 hours. So here I am leaving a google review for you to read now. But go see them and see for yourself.

Extremely fast and friendly service. Judgement free and always great about walking me through what is happening with any given procedure. Just finished up a bridge and crown and everything was smoother sailing.

TLDR: Dr. Kitsman is an amazing dentist, great hygienists, amazing staff. If you have dental anxiety, look no further. Five stars, A+. There are so many good things to say about East Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry! If you have severe dental anxiety like I do, stop looking, you’ve found your new home for dental care. I have had a lot of bad dental experiences, so much so that I stopped going to the dentist for years! But this office, filled with a knowledgeable staff that takes the time to answer all my questions, explain the procedures, and works hard to make me feel comfortable and ensure clear communication during dental procedures. The dental hygienists know their stuff, and have worked with me to form a consistent care plan with specialized prescription strength products. I also don’t feel embarrassed or ashamed of the shape my teeth are in when I talk to them; and my teeth are in pretty bad shape. That makes me feel comfortable and confident for return visits, and allows me to open up about what I’m experiencing with my teeth. The front desk, billing, and scheduling staff are patient, kind, and have a good sense of humor. They’re the kind of team you’d want in any professional health care office, and it’s clear that they, too care about the patient experience, just as much as everyone else. Scheduling is always one of the worst parts of healthcare, but the staff has patiently worked with my wife and my hectic, conflicting schedules. Sharron is just one of my favorite people, overall. Dr. Kitsman is definitely the best dentist I’ve ever had. During our first visit, she made it absolutely clear to me that it was her mission to ensure safe, effective care to every one of her patients, and that anxiety management was a crucial component of that care. She listened patiently as I described the excruciating dental extraction that kept me from the dentist for five years and walked me through the options for managing my anxiety and her office’s commitment to patient safety and comfort. Specifically, it may be helpful to know that Dr. Kitsman has an almost unbelievably deft hand when it comes numbing shots and dental anatomy; I’m an absurdly hard patient to keep numb, or even to get numbed in the first place, and she has managed to, without fail, every time: 1) hit the exact nerve and 2) dose the shot correctly so that I cannot feel a thing until a short while after I leave her office. It is nothing short of extraordinary for me after some prior experiences at other dental practices where the numbing has worn off mid-procedure and I had to just tough it out. There’s none of that with Dr. Kitsman. Just book an appointment, already, you’ll see for yourself.

I had such a great experience here! Had a few cavities and a few fillings filled, and they did it so quick, and made me calm the whole time! recommending to all my friends!!

I had a great experience at East Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry! The staff is amazing and the facility is bright and cheerful. My wife and kids have appointments coming up in June!

I was a First time patient. If I just used one word to describe my overall experience, it would be an injustice. The office is clean, the atmosphere was calming, staff pleasant, and excellent communication skills (listening and responding) from the introduction to my exit. Above all, Dr. Kitsman went well beyond my expectations of what great service is. She did a thorough examination of everything involved in my situation. Note, I have a local dentist just 5 minutes away from me that I have been to multiple times. I traveled over 30 minutes, in pain to see Dr. Kitsman & Friends. It was well worth it!

They provide a comprehensive, yet efficient process which is what I want at the dentist. Aimee is a great hygienist who is friendly and doesn’t try to spook you with anything but is transparent about how preventative steps.

Compassionate, thoughtful care is hard to come by - especially when looking for providers to support my grandparents. Today, Dr. Kitsman and Raven (and Miss Sharon at the front desk) all demonstrated tremendously high quality support for my grandpa, who suffers from dementia, and made sure both of us felt comfortable during our experience and with the plan of care. This was our first visit - one of many to come - and I feel grateful to have found such amazing dental partners to work with.

I want to say, I came here under the prior ownership, and now under new ownership and new staff. It’s night and day difference. My first few experiences here under previous owners were not the best by any means. I just stopped back in since they changed owners and I have to say, that was the best experience I’ve had on a trip to the dentist, new knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and accommodating. They were able to painlessly pull a wisdom tooth, where previously in 2022-2023 this same dentist office under prior owners and prior staff told me it would need surgical removal. I felt very comfortable here with the new owners and staff.

Highly recommend. They we're able to fit my appointment in ASAP, were very transparent about their procedures/pricing -- and I never doubted I was receiving first rate dental care.

I went in for a free consultation for aesthetic implants. Scheduling the visit was very easy. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. They sent reminders via text and called the day before. Dr. Kitsman was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain all of my options and answer any questions that I had. No matter how simple or complex they were she took the time to answer in great detail. I was very impressed and very grateful throughout the entire experience. I will definitely be moving forward having my work done here and I encourage everyone to do the same.

Aimee was one of the best hygienists I've had clean my teeth. She walked me through the purpose of each step, and highlighted any areas that I should pay more attention to at home. I've been seeing dentists in this building for 5+ years and this newest practice seems to be the best yet. More attention to the character of the office (furniture, flooring, etc.) with some of the same helpful hygienists and great new doctors.

Aimee is always so pleasant and knowledgeable when communicating. This is the first time I met Dr. Kitsman and she was amazing. I highly recommend coming here for any of your dental needs.

I had a unique dilemma of needing X-rays done quickly to determine the cause of a toothache. I called and they said come in right away. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Kitsman showed me the X-ray and was very detailed in her explanation of her findings. She even told me if I had problems getting an appointment for the root canal needed to let her know and she would assist and get me a prescription for antibiotics if needed. I appreciated how she made sure I understood everything. Highly recommend! Thank you for helping resolving a complicated situation!!!!

Dental tech was very attentive and caring to needs of the patient (me). Dentist, who was a young woman (if that matters to you) was personable & knowledgeable.

My first visit with Dr. Kittsman and Amy were spectacular. Amy made me feel so at home and talked me through every step. I’ve never had a bad dental experience before, but this was definitely one of the best!

Going to the dentist has always been nerve wrecking and stress inducing for me. I had to have several teeth pulled top and bottom and went with immediate dentures while my gums heal.. so far I am super satisfied. Dr. Kitsman was amazing at numbing the areas and pulling what I had, kind and reassuring and was very quick and efficient with it. She made sure I was comfortable and hardly feeling any pain throughout. The dental assistants helping were very calming for me and talked me through it as well as all the staff is friendly. I am excited to see how my perms will be in a few months🤗

My husband was in need of an emergency appoint and I called at 8 am today, Friday. They scheduled him an 11:30 am appoint for the same day. We arrived and 11:30 am he was immediately taken back, no wait. They were very pleasant and professional. My husband is not one to go to the dentist like he should but he has agreed to start going to this practice. We highly recommend East Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry! And, it’s a beautiful building!

My Hygienist Aimee was amazing. My teeth felt very clean and she explained everything she did beforehand which made me very comfortable. The office was recently acquired by a fantastic team and Dr Kitzman is doing a fantastic job. They remodeled the office and it’s amazing. Give them a try if your looking for a new office.

I had prolonged my biannual dental visit and when I tried to make an appointment with my other dentist’s office, they could not get me in as soon as I wanted. I reached out to Dr. Kitsman office and they were able to work me in. I am so glad that my other dentist couldn’t get me in, because I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kitsman! She was very pleasant and made me feel like I was more than just a number. She took her time and made what is usually a stressful experience a great one. She will be my new go to dentist from now on. I highly recommend Dr. Kitsman, I am telling all of my friends and family that they should have her as their dentist.

I'm really not understanding the bad reviews of this place. I scheduled an appointment last minute to get a filling taken care of before I had to go out of town for a wedding and the dentist did a great job. In total I was in and out in less than 45 mins and it looks fantastic (she even did some extra polishing). I will definitely be going back for my future dental work.

I’ve been going to East Nashville Dental Co since 2019. There have been a lot of changes with dentists and management but I’ll continue to go because of Ms. Aimee. She deals with a lot of patients but always remembers the small personal details from our last visit and has incredible bedside manner. Best experience I’ve ever had pertaining to dentistry. I usually get very nervous and it’s super uncomfortable for me. My experience here was smooth and ALL the staff(receptionist to the dentist) we’re so polite and accommodating.

The team at East Nashville Dental Co. was fantastic. I had a cleaning and fillings in one appointment. My hygienist was so kind and informative. The dentist was so incredibly gentle. The team who did my fillings could see I was very anxious (in literal tears) and explained the procedure very well and the benefits of nitrous oxide (laughing gas), which made my experience so much better. They showed genuine care to me and made the whole situation so much better. I can’t recommend them enough, they know what they’re doing and truly care about their patients.

First visit was great. My hygienist (Amy) was friendly and professional and made the cleaning almost pain-free! It was a routine visit so I didn’t have to see Dr. Guerrera (sp?) for very long, but during our brief convo he was polite and professional—calm and more soft spoken that dentists I’ve had in the past, which I appreciated. The space was clean and tidy.

I’ve had such an amazing experience here every time. I always have such good conversations with the hygienist (Savannah & Amy). It was my first time meeting Dr. Kitsman and she was very welcoming, the team is always so sweet from the moment you enter.❤️❤️ Best dental experience ever!! Love the new aesthetic as well.

Had a great visit today at ENDC! They made me feel so welcome. Brigette at the front desk was so kind and made me feel like I was in good hands from the get-go. Dr. Dozier was very thorough and helped me understand my situation completely, giving me a referral to an oral surgeon. It was an great experience haven’t been to the dentist for some time the dental assistant that cleaned my teeth got in there and cleaned my teeth Thoroughly. I also loved the open Concept of the building that they had their dentistry in. Overall a great experience as long as I live in Tennessee I’ll keep going back to the same dentist

I always get great service at East Nashville Dental Co! It is a comfortable, fully sanitized office, so I had no concerns about COVID. I highly recommend them!

5 stars for a dentist? Never thought I would say such things. Going to the dentist is probably my top fear with "adulting". After neglecting to go for a couple years and a change in insurance, I decided now was the time. From my immediate phone call with Brigette, I knew I was in good hands. She was thorough, calming, and informative. No hidden anything. During my visit this week, I was greeted with many pleasant faces and attitudes. Bree, my hygienist, was thorough and covered all necessary points and explained everything before completing it. Dr. Montee was probably the first dentist that I've not been intimidated or scared of. Usually when the dentist walks in, it's just to state the negative and that's it. She was wonderful! And explained everything to me in a way that was going to improve my behaviors instead of knock me down. All pricing was laid out for me and agreed to before any work was to be done. Great dental company!!

I came to ENDC as a last ditch effort to look at a recently-placed filling (from another practice) that was extremely painful. I was able to make an appointment for early the next day. Everyone was kind and empathetic, the wait was super short, the hygienist was so sweet! After a quick and thorough exam, Dr. Montee suggested it be replaced. Even though the visit was last minute, and I hadn’t initially scheduled for a filling replacement, they offered to go ahead and do the filling in the same visit. I had had the filling for two months with daily extreme pain, and had returned to the previous practice three times to attempt to fix it. But the same day Dr. Montee replaced the filling, the pain was gone. I’m so thankful I popped into this office on a whim! I can’t recommend them enough.

This practice is awesome! They provide phenomenal patient care in a clean, comfortable environment. I could not ask for more in a dental office!!

Everything is so awesome in this place! Great staff, so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. I used to be so scared of dentists, always avoiding my appointments and having thousand of excuses. But here they made me change 100% about that and my dental hygiene habits in general. Because they are that nice that you don’t want to disappoint them, ha!

Best dental experience I’ve had in years. I just happened upon this place because it’s close to my house. I have never had a dentist and staff take so much time to explain my dental issues and work so diligently to address them.

Dr. Nekkanti is definitely an artist. Between her and Pon they were able to fix my front crown. Katie is super welcoming and accommodating. I have not been able to smile since 2016. I visited several dentist with no luck. I came here with zero expectations. But Dr Nekkanti and Pon worked extra hard to give me my smile and confidence back. If you need a crown on your front tooth please do not waste time or money going somewhere else.

From the moment I walked into this office I felt so welcomed! Kati @ the front treated me like we were old friends & was very professional. Dr. Nekkanti & her assistant made me feel very comfortable & were so easy to talk to. They do SAME DAY CROWNS!! This is so convenient; treatment that would typically take 2-3 trips, was completed in 1 day. Everyone was so friendly & made a usually dreaded dental visit absolutely wonderful!! I love going to the dentist again!!!! I have avoided it for the past few years as my long time dentist retired. I tried a new one, not impressed, and then I found ENDC!!! I was actually the very first patient here and we had such an amazing time that day! All of the ladies are wonderful, sweet and funny! I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE but, especially to those that FEAR the dentist!

Dr. Nekkanti, Kati, Cindy, and Pon are great! I have always really disliked going to the dentist, but these ladies make it MUCH easier to look forward to my visits. I went for several years without dental care and no one judged me or really me poorly at this office. I have had several appointments over the last two months and Kati was very helpful working with my insurance and my family to make sure we understood everything. I've already recommended them to my friends (especially the ones who haven't seen dentist for an extended period of time). My husband and I are now both patients of Dr. Nekkanti and my four year old had her first dental exam with Cindy. We are very pleased with the care that we receive. I recently had to have a new crown made after an old one cracked. The staff was great! They worked me in immediately and took care of everything. The new crown was made in the office, so I didn't have to go back multiple times. The office is bright and welcoming, just like the staff. Dr. Lalita Nekkanti was so nice and helpful and did an excellent job on the crown.
